How do I know what it’s like not to have the right partner or to lose a partner? And why am I the right person to help?

I know because I’ve lived it myself.

In my thirties, I faced the pain of betrayal and an unfaithful husband, which ended in divorce. I thought I had lost my chance for a meaningful connection—until I met the love of my life. For 16 beautiful years, I shared my heart and soul with him, only to lose him suddenly in an accident.

Grief and loss reshaped my world in ways I could never have imagined. I learned how deeply they can affect our thoughts, our relationships, and even our sense of purpose. But I also learned how to rise again. Time and time again, I discovered that our true nature isn’t about clinging to the pain of our past, but about transforming it into a deeper understanding of what matters most.

I believe that every experience, no matter how hard, brings us closer to our true purpose: to give and receive love. This belief has been my guiding light, helping me move forward and find hope in even the darkest moments.

For nearly 40 years, I have worked in holistic medicine, which has taught me to see people as whole beings—body, mind, and spirit. This understanding, combined with my personal journey, allows me to truly connect with those I help.
